A senior director with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) of Texas, Inc., Kelley Parker has more than 24 years of real estate experience. He has an extensive background assisting clients with difficult site acquisitions/dispositions and lease negotiations of industrial properties. He is involved in the representation of multi-tenant, office and industrial facilities. Prior to joining C&W, he was a senior vice president with the Horne Company, where he managed the industrial department. He received numerous production awards in recognition of his outstanding sales achievement. Kelley began his real estate career in 1976 as a real estate broker and in 1990 joined C&W, where he quickly became one of the company’s top-producing brokers. He was Top Industrial Producer for the Houston office in 1994 and was selected for the Deal of the Year award the same year. He received the 1999 Deal of the Year Award and C&W’s 1999 National Service Excellence Award for outstanding client service. In 1991, Kelley was named the NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year. Kelley was the first recipient of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) 1985 Star Award for accomplishing a difficult and creative transaction. Kelley’s professional affiliations include membership in Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), of which he was a director and president in 1987. He currently serves on the TAR CID board of governors. Kelley is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and holds the prestigious SIOR designation. Kelley is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA and an MBA. His MBA includes specializations in finance and real estate. Kelley is active in many professional, civic and charitable organizations. |
