John Littman, an 18-year real estate veteran, is an associate director with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) of Texas Inc.’s Houston industrial brokerage division. As part of Kelley Parker’s industrial brokerage team, John adds a new dimension to the team’s strengths with his multidisciplinary background that includes valuation, consulting, brokerage and research. John’s background includes valuation, feasibility and consulting of significant assets such as industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, office buildings and commercial and residential land developments. From 1994 to May 2000, John was the manager and director of C&W’s Houston valuation advisory services (VAS) group. During his last three years as manager and director, John managed more than 550 assignments that had an aggregate value of more than $4 billion and was instrumental in increasing the group’s revenue by 17.2 percent. John also was twice named C&W’s Top Valuation Advisory Services Professional for the Houston office. Prior to joining C&W, John began his real estate career in 1982 as research director for Benton Gould Properties, where he also progressed to sales associate. In 1990, John joined Kenneth Leventhal & Company as consulting manager. At Leventhal, John was responsible for feasibility analyses, litigation support and real estate valuation consulting for the company’s management advisory services division. John graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of business administration in finance and a master’s in real estate economics from Texas A&M as well. In 1990, John received his MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) designation and is a candidate for the SIOR designation. John, active in various civic, charitable and professional organizations, is married and has twin daughters. |
